  I'm not one to write business reviews but I had such a positive experience here that I feel compelled to share my experience. My wife and I have passed by this place for many years but have never had the need for extra storage space. Without going into details, we recently had a family member that needed a lot of household items put into a storage facility. We debated about whether to give up our own garage space or consider renting a storage facility. Our own garage would be an easy choice but it also meant giving up our space -- which we weren't too fond of (especially my wife.) We decided to check out Extra Space Storage on Main St. and I couldn't be happier that we did. We had no idea how it worked or what our options were. We met with a woman (I think her name was Roberta?) that was incredibly helpful and supportive, particularly given we had no idea what we were doing and the family situation we were dealing with. She really helped us get a better grasp on what our storage size needs might be as well as providing us detailed information about security, access, etc. We were so impressed that we didn't even look at other facilities and have moved all the items into storage. We've been back several times and always have great interactions with the staff. In fact, I think we may consider renting another space for some unused items we currently have in our home but aren't quite ready to part with. I'm just really impressed with this facility and our interaction with the staff.
